Student reviews
What our students say
After being dissatisfied with an aesthetic course that I had taken with another provider, I was advised to contact Centre for Medical Sciences & Research and they have been great! All information is delivered by medical professionals. The delegate numbers are kept to minimum per course too... If you are looking for the real deal in medical aesthetic training, you have come to the right place.
Honestly, I can’t be any happier to find this medical school in London. I have been searching for those types of school for aesthetics, but I didn’t find any of them as good. They make sure the classes are in small groups and each student will be able to actually work on them.
I’ve never completed a course like this before and I cannot express how great was. I would definitely recommend this to medic and non-medic students who want to start aesthetics. I will be looking into taking more of these classes.

Questions
Beginner aesthetics course: questions before you book
I have no aesthetics experience. Is this for me?
Yes. The week is built for complete beginners. Theory is online before you arrive, and every practical day starts from first principles under supervision.
Can I book just some of the days?
Yes. Every course can be booked on its own from its course page or the training calendar.
What happens on the practical days?
A morning theory recap and demonstration, then supervised hands-on practice. Model arrangements for treatment days are confirmed in your joining instructions.
What certificates do I get?
A separate CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion for each of the five courses, 16 CPD hours each, so 80 CPD hours across the week. Complete all five and you also receive a Certificate in Foundation Aesthetic Medicine from London Medical School, which records the full week.
What if one of the days is already full?
Book the week anyway. Full-week students take priority, and our team will confirm the arrangements for that day with you after booking.

Can I get insurance after the course, and is there a discount?
We partner with Insync Insurance to help you arrange insurance for the treatments you train in. Enquire through our dedicated Insync Insurance link to access the special insurance deal available to Centre for Medical Sciences & Research learners. Cover and pricing are subject to your qualifications, the treatments you wish to insure and Insync’s acceptance criteria, so completing a course does not by itself guarantee cover.
