ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- An applicant must be aged 18 or over.
- An applicant has achieved a Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship in Beauty Therapy or have equivalent qualifications and/or substantial industry experience for direct entry to Level 4.
- A First Aid at Work qualification or equivalent.
QUALIFI Level 4 Aesthetics Practice:
The QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice is a comprehensive course designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in aesthetic procedures. This program covers essential aspects such as health, safety, and hygiene in aesthetic practices, client consultations, and hands-on techniques like micro needling and superficial chemical peels for skin rejuvenation. The curriculum emphasizes a practical approach, ensuring that participants gain proficiency in applying aesthetic procedures, while also focusing on theoretical foundations. This certificate program is ideal for individuals aspiring to excel in the dynamic field of aesthetic practice and skincare. Importantly, completion of this course opens a pathway toward the Level 7 qualification, which is likely become a requirement as regulations in delivering aesthetics evolve.

QUALIFI is recognised and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator).
The Ofqual reference number is RN5160. Ofqual regulates qualifications, examinations, and
assessments in England.
QUALIFICATION:
The QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice is made up of 35 credits which equates to 350 hours of TQT.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Health, Safety, and Hygiene for Aesthetic Procedures: Learners will apply their knowledge to implement essential health, safety, and hygiene measures during the preparation and execution of aesthetic procedures.
- Client Consultation for Aesthetic Procedures: This skill serves as the foundation for practical technical units within the qualification(s). Learners will conduct concise consultations to determine and/or adapt procedures according to the client’s needs, ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved.
- Skin Rejuvenation Using Micro needling: Learners will proficiently use both automated and hand-held micro needling devices to rejuvenate facial and body skin, aiming to improve skin condition and reduce or eliminate imperfections and mild pigmentary conditions.
- Skin Rejuvenation Using Superficial Chemical Peels: Learners will demonstrate the ability to select appropriate superficial chemical peels for skin rejuvenation, effectively addressing skin imperfections and mild pigmentary conditions.
PROGRESSION PATHWAYS:
QUALIFI Level 4 Aesthetic Practice Certificate (when combined with the QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology for Aesthetic Practice) will enable learners to progress to:
- QUALIFI Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice
- Employment in an associated profession.

HOW TO ENROLL
- Already eligible? If you know you meet the entry requirements, or our office has confirmed your eligibility, you can enrol directly on our website — simply pay online and we will arrange your enrolment, induction and course access for you.
- Complete the application form.
- Following submission, a scheduled call will be arranged to inquire about your prior qualifications and conduct an initial eligibility assessment.
- Upon successful initial assessment, you will be prompted to create an account on our website.
- Submit all necessary evidence for a comprehensive review by the program manager.
- The program manager will evaluate your capacity to successfully complete the learning program and meet qualification requirements.
- An interview will be scheduled to further discuss your eligibility. In cases where qualifications are insufficient, constructive feedback and advice will be provided. If qualifications are satisfactory, discussions will cover relevant aspects, including your needs, training program details, recognition of prior learning, and contractual terms.
- An agreement outlining all terms related to your participation in the training program will be emailed, along with an invoice for payment.
- Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, you will be officially enrolled in the program.

The QUALIFI Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Practice is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed for healthcare professionals seeking advanced knowledge and supervised clinical competence in non-surgical aesthetics. Set at RQF Level 7 (the same academic level as postgraduate study), the programme develops safe, evidence-based practice in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, underpinned by advanced facial anatomy, consultation and consent, complication management, and psychological screening. It includes structured assessments and extensive supervised clinical procedures to ensure learners meet the required Level 7 standard for professional aesthetic practice.

I recently attended the Autologous facial training course. This course was presented in a clean, clinical setting with adequate resources provided! The structure of the course was smooth and timely and didn’t feel rushed at all. We had plenty of time for practical and theory. The lecturer was friendly but firm, which I really liked about her! She took the course seriously and ensured we were all given the opportunity to ask questions and all questioned us to assess our learning.

I have been to this centre several times. I attended medical aesthetic courses there. It was amazing how they were informative giving a theoretical and a step by step practical training. It was amazing how you feel really confident with the injecting skills and all the therapy process after you get the training. They also have a phlebotomy course that is well-designed and helpful. I attended phlebotomy training on Saturday and it was amazing. I went there feeling really nervous and worried but I left confident and competent about phlebotomy and the venepuncture technique. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time for practice and really boosted my confidence. It started off with looking at the equipment to being able to take someone’s blood. Honestly, I can't be any happier to find this medical school in London.
I have been searching for those types of school for aesthetics, but I didn't find any of them as good.
They make sure the classes are in small groups and each student will be able to actually work on them.
