Student reviews
What our students say
After being dissatisfied with an aesthetic course that I had taken with another provider, I was advised to contact Centre for Medical Sciences & Research and they have been great! All information is delivered by medical professionals. The delegate numbers are kept to minimum per course too... If you are looking for the real deal in medical aesthetic training, you have come to the right place.
Honestly, I can’t be any happier to find this medical school in London. I have been searching for those types of school for aesthetics, but I didn’t find any of them as good. They make sure the classes are in small groups and each student will be able to actually work on them.
I’ve never completed a course like this before and I cannot express how great was. I would definitely recommend this to medic and non-medic students who want to start aesthetics. I will be looking into taking more of these classes.

Questions
Microneedling course: questions before you book
Can I book if I am not a medic?
Yes, if you hold Beauty Therapy Level 3 and/or Human Anatomy and Physiology Level 4.
Is skin needling the same as microneedling?
Yes. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, uses fine needles to create micro-injuries that stimulate the skin's own collagen production.
Which skin concerns does it treat?
The course covers fine lines, acne and other scarring, uneven tone and texture, stretch marks, pigmentation, enlarged pores, dull skin and early skin laxity. Melasma is treated with caution.
Will I practise on real people?
Yes. On the day of practical training we supply live models. You may bring your own model if you let us know in advance.
What certificate do I get?
A Certificate of Completion from London Medical School, CPD-accredited with 16 CPD hours. It does not expire, it carries its own certificate number that anyone can check on our verification page, and a printed copy is available for £25.
What if none of the dates suit me?
Choose “Flexible date” in the date list. You book and pay now, and the office contacts you to arrange a suitable training date.
How do I pay, and can I spread the cost?
Online by card, or choose Klarna or PayPal at checkout to spread the cost. You can also pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card at the School.
Do discount codes apply?
If a code is running, it is applied automatically at checkout to the courses it covers, and the price on this page updates to show it.
Can I get insurance after the course, and is there a discount?
We partner with Insync Insurance to help you arrange insurance for the treatments you train in. Enquire through our dedicated Insync Insurance link to access the special insurance deal available to Centre for Medical Sciences & Research learners. Cover and pricing are subject to your qualifications, the treatments you wish to insure and Insync’s acceptance criteria, so completing a course does not by itself guarantee cover. Get an insurance quote with our partner discount
Can I book for a member of my team?
Yes. Book the place in their name, or choose the number of people on the booking card and enter their details as you book. Or call 020 8050 4353 to pay by bank transfer or arrange a closed session.
